A Note from Ezra

Dear Friends,

I love reading books to kids. Now, with schools closed for a while, I want to help children continue to enjoy the same kinds of books I share with them at their schools. I’m recording new book videos every few days. You can also arrange for me to read to your kids one-one-one, via Zoom or Facetime.

A few things about me:

I have more than five years’ experience reading to children, in four different Los Angeles early childhood centers:  Pressman Academy, IKAR, Valley Beth Shalom, and the Westside Jewish Community Center. I have also read to kids at Rosewood Elementary School and at Camp Ramah in California. (Here's an article my dad wrote in 2019 about how this all started.)

I am also an animator. You can see some of my animated videos here.

One of my first videos,  "Alphabet House," has more than 500,000 YoutTube views and inspired a children’s book,  "E-mergency!," coauthored with Tom Lichtenheld, the bestselling children’s-book author and illustrator.

In addition, I co-host a weekly podcast, "Animation...and Beyond," about all of my favorite things.

I look forward to sharing some stories with you!

Your friend,

Ezra Fields-Meyer
